Born from a love of Tenerife, built around property.

Tenerife has been part of our lives for more than 20 years. What started with regular holidays gradually became a deeper connection with the island — its people, its places, its different landscapes and, eventually, its property market.

Over the years, we moved from being visitors to becoming property owners and professionals working in the Tenerife real-estate market. This experience gave us a genuine understanding of what it means to own a property here — whether it is a holiday home, an investment or a place you simply want to enjoy with your family.

In 2022, we founded Nova Tenerife as a family business with a simple idea: to do things differently. We wanted to create a more personal and trustworthy approach to property — one where people are not just clients, and where the relationship does not end once a booking is made or the keys are handed over.

Today, we combine our knowledge of Tenerife, holiday rentals and real estate with a very personal approach. We know the island, we know the market and, most importantly, we understand what it means to have a property here when you live elsewhere.

That is why we want our guests to experience the island as we do — and our property owners to feel that their home is in safe and caring hands.
