In the resort between Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje, the Ponderosa apartment house has a beautiful, bright, renovated apartment, suitable for up to 4 people.

There are 2 swimming pools at your disposal. The apartment has one bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room leads directly to the terrace with seating and a beautiful partial view of the ocean. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

The complex has a 24-hour front desk, 2 swimming pools, as well as a communal barbecue area and pool table. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to clients free of charge by the pool. The bus station is directly opposite. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Siam Mall and water park Siam Park. Quiron Salud Hospital is also nearby.

The beaches of Playa de Troya, Playa de El Bobo, Playa de Fañabe are within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen are available to clients in the apartment. Beach towels are not part of the equipment.

Near the apartment you will find a bus station, so the apartment is suitable for those who do not want to rent a car. Those who rent a car have the option of parking in the area or nearby.

There are also supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

If you love water parks, visit Siam Park (approximately 10 minutes on foot) or Aqualand (approximately 15 minutes on foot).

The nearest sandy beaches are Playa de El Bobo, Playa de Troya, Playa de la Pinta or Playa Fañabe.
